Founder & Managing Partner - Zachary Katz
Founder & Managing Partner, Katz, a 4th generation descendant of an NYC based Real Estate family, Sillins. For 40 + years Katz's family (Sillins), have owned and managed apartment buildings throughout the Bronx, Harlem, and Manhattan, including owning and operating their portfolio of Hotels in Manhattan. In his short career, Katz has managed over 2,000 apartments, from Section 8 to Luxury Free Market. Katz's skills and expertise provided him the ability to begin acquiring and managing assets himself around the Sunbelt. One of their most prestigious hotels, The Bentley, located in New York City's Upper East Side, have a ground-lease on the building to the Podolsky family.
